When will I receive my box?
Your box is shipped once a month, on the 5th day of each month.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can pause or cancel anytime.
To do so, click here and you’ll be taken to your subscription management page.
Are the boxes different every month?
Yes. Each month features new products and a new curation, unique to that cycle.
Are the products available individually?
Some items will be available for individual purchase, while others are exclusive to subscribers.
Can I switch from one box to another?
Switching isn’t possible because each box contains entirely different product categories.
However, you can cancel at any time and start a new subscription with the box of your choice.
