These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on The Daily Supply website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale.

Scope
These Terms apply to consumer purchases (“B2C”) unless otherwise specified. If you are purchasing as a professional, dedicated terms may apply and can be provided under a “For Professionals” agreement where relevant.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect on the date your order is placed.
1. Products & availability
Product informationWe aim to describe and present products as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, ingredients where applicable). Minor variations (packaging updates, batch differences, natural material variations) may occur.
AvailabilityProducts are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution (refund, replacement, or partial shipment where feasible).
2. Ordering
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process on the Site. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, payment refusal, abnormal order patterns, or a technical error affecting pricing or availability.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed on the Site in the currency shown for your market. The final price payable, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Shipping fees and any free-shipping thresholds (when applicable) are shown at checkout.
- Promotions and discount codes may be subject to conditions and time limits.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Transactions may be processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
5. Shipping & delivery
All orders are prepared and shipped from France. Delivery methods (Colissimo, Chronopost, FedEx, ACI Express) and availability vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier operations, customs processes (where applicable), holidays, or peak periods.

- Tracking is provided where available and sent by email once your order ships.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or return-to-sender fees.

6. Duties, taxes & import fees
For destinations where we offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), import duties and taxes are prepaid by The Daily Supply. When DDP applies, the price you pay at checkout is the final landed price — no additional customs charges on delivery.
DDP availability can vary by destination, carrier, and product constraints. Where applicable, this will be reflected at checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Withdrawal periodIf you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions below.
Exceptions (common examples)The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including (where permitted by applicable law):
- Perishable goods or goods likely to expire rapidly
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior consent

How to exercise withdrawalTo exercise your withdrawal right, contact us via Contact within the withdrawal period with your order number. You may be asked to return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.
8. Returns & exchanges
Return and exchange conditions vary depending on product category and condition. Items must generally be returned unused, in original packaging, and with any seals intact (where applicable). We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

9. Subscriptions
Subscription termsIf you purchase a subscription, recurring billing, renewal frequency, and cancellation rules will be displayed at checkout or in your account/subscription portal. Subscription contents may vary by month and availability, while maintaining the intended theme and value.
Changes, pauses & cancellationsSubscription management options (pause, cancellation, renewal) depend on the subscription plan and platform settings. Any applicable deadlines for changes (e.g., before the next billing date) will be indicated in your subscription portal.
10. Warranty & liability
Consumers benefit from statutory warranties under applicable law, including legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects (where relevant). Our liability is limited to direct damages to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Depending on your place of residence, you may also have rights to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
