Mezzi Paccheri with Tomato & Seafood
A generous pasta shape made for sauces that deserve to be savoured.

- Mezzi Paccheri
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels or calamari)
- Fresh parsley
- Black pepper
- Cook the Mezzi Paccheri in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Warm olive oil in a pan and gently sauté garlic.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until just softened.
- Add the seafood and cook briefly until just done.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce, adding a little pasta water if needed.
- Finish with chopped parsley and black pepper.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh herbs for a simple, elegant pasta dish.
