- Korean Barbecue Sauce
- Chicken thighs or firm tofu
- Neutral oil
- Spring onions (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Heat a pan or grill with a little oil.
- Cook the chicken or tofu until golden and cooked through.
- Brush generously with Korean Barbecue Sauce and let it caramelise for 1–2 minutes.
- Turn once, glaze again, and remove from heat.
Serve with rice, grilled vegetables, or in a sandwich. Finish with spring onions and sesame seeds if desired.
