Crisp banana and salted cracker in Colombian dark chocolate, lifted by a rum note. It is the strangest bar in the range and the one people finish first. Tropical, salty, and slightly ridiculous in the best way.
Salt on banana is what makes it work. Without the cracker it would be a dessert; with it, it stays a chocolate bar.
Made in the United Kingdom by Fatso, using Colombian dark chocolate from Luker, a family cocoa company working with Fino de Aroma beans. The inclusions are folded in whole rather than ground down.
We break it rather than bite it, and share it with coffee after a meal. It also chops well over ice cream.
