Made in the United Kingdom by Fatso, using Colombian dark chocolate from Luker, a family cocoa company working with Fino de Aroma beans. The inclusions are folded in whole rather than ground down.

Colombian dark chocolate 90% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), plain Cradocs cracker pieces 6% (WHEAT flour [with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], raising agents: calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), evaporated water, rapeseed oil, freeze-dried banana pieces 3%, natural rum flavouring 1%, sea salt flakes (less than 1%). Minimum cocoa solids 60%.
