Dijon mustard 60% (water, mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium bisulphite), rapeseed oil, honey, natural mushroom flavouring, black truffle 2% (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.), thickener: xanthan gum.

Why we love it

The honey takes the heat out of the mustard, which leaves room for the truffle to be heard. It is mild enough to eat by the spoonful, which is not something we say often about mustard.
