Six of the house teas in one long navy box, six bags of each — green teas on one side, white teas on the other. It is the box we give to someone who says they do not really drink tea.
Putting whites next to greens in the same box makes the difference obvious in a way that reading about it never does.
Blended and packed in France by L'infuseur and presented in a long navy box, six bags of each tea. The bags are sugarcane starch, the envelopes wood cellulose.
We work through it one number at a time rather than picking favourites straight away. The greens belong to the daytime, the whites to the late afternoon.
