Why we love it

A milk chocolate at 65% is rare, and it is the reason this bar tastes of fruit rather than of sugar. There is a saline note on the finish that we did not expect the first time.

Thoughtfully sourced

Bonnat has been roasting and grinding its own beans in Voiron, in the French Alps, since 1884. It is one of the oldest bean-to-bar houses still working the same way. The beans come from the Grand'Anse region of Haiti.
