- Mountain tea with dittany
- Fresh water
- Honey, optional
- Lemon, optional
- Bring the water to the boil, then take it off the heat for a moment.
- Add a generous pinch of the dried herb — stems included.
- Cover and leave to infuse for five to seven minutes.
- Strain into cups and sweeten with honey if you like.
Drink hot in the evening, or leave to cool and serve over ice in summer.
