The Naked Couple Mug (Back) is a porcelain mug featuring an illustration by Helen B, known for her expressive, intimate line drawings. Each mug is produced locally in Belgium through a close collaboration with Mirto, a protected social workshop in Ghent.

When demand outgrew Helen’s ability to illustrate every piece by hand, Mirto took over the application of the drawings using ceramic transfers. The porcelain is fired in ceramic kilns, then carefully packed and shipped on site. Every mug carries a warm, human story — one of craftsmanship, inclusion, and responsible production.

Produced in small batches to avoid overstock, this mug reflects a thoughtful approach to everyday objects: functional, poetic, and socially engaged.
