- Spaghetti or linguine
- Garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Black pepper
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Gently warm the olive oil from the tin in a pan with sliced garlic.
- Add the sardines and break them into large pieces, warming gently.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, tossing to coat evenly.
- Finish with chopped parsley and black pepper.
