Cherry blossom and jasmine over white musk, kept dry rather than sweet — it never turns into the candied floral that blossom candles usually become.
Aery is a London studio. The candles are hand-poured in the United Kingdom into clay vessels made to be kept.
We let the first burn run long enough to melt the wax to the edge, which sets the shape for the rest. Once the wax is gone the pot is washed out and used for brushes.
