Grown organically in Greece and dried whole — stems, leaves and flowers together, as mountain tea has always been prepared. Nothing is added: no synthetic flavourings, no fragrance, no caffeine.
03How We Use It
We brew it in the evening, covered, and let it stand longer than seems necessary. It also holds up cold, over ice, with a slice of lemon.
