- Tomato Sauce with Chili
- Pasta (spaghetti or rigatoni)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Parmesan or Pecorino (optional)
- Fresh basil (optional)
- Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente.
- Warm the Tomato Sauce with Chili gently in a pan. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce, adding a splash of pasta water to emulsify and coat.
- Finish with more olive oil, and top with cheese and basil if desired.
Serve immediately with a final drizzle of olive oil. Add burrata or grilled vegetables for a richer plate.
