01Why we love it

Putting whites next to greens in the same box makes the difference obvious in a way that reading about it never does.

02Thoughtfully sourced

Blended and packed in France by L'infuseur and presented in a long navy box, six bags of each tea. The bags are sugarcane starch, the envelopes wood cellulose.

03How We Use It

We work through it one number at a time rather than picking favourites straight away. The greens belong to the daytime, the whites to the late afternoon.

From the maker

It is the box we give to someone who says they do not really drink tea.

Iced tea from the box

Quick Recipe

Iced tea from the box

One box, six ways

Prep5 minutes
DifficultyEasy
Serves4

Ingredients

  • 4 bags of one tea from the box
  • 1 litre of water at 75 °C
  • Ice

Method

  1. Use water off the boil — greens and whites both dislike boiling water.
  2. Steep four bags for three to five minutes, no longer, then remove them.
  3. Chill completely and serve over ice.

To enjoy
Left too long, a green tea turns bitter as it cools. Take the bags out early and let the jug do the rest.
